These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between 9wgame platform (9wgame.wine) and any player ("you" / "user") who uses its services. 1.3 Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions must be read together with the platform's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. Together, they form the complete terms governing the relationship.

1.4 Language

The official language of these Terms and Conditions is Burmese. In the event of any conflict with a translation, the original Burmese version shall prevail.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Age Restriction

Only players aged 21+ may register on the platform. If false information is found, the account will be immediately suspended and funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account on the platform. Opening multiple accounts ("Multi-account") by a single person is a prohibited violation, and the relationship will be terminated immediately upon discovery.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

When registering, players must provide complete and accurate personal information. If names, phone numbers, or bank account details are found to be false, deposit/withdrawal services will be blocked and legal action may be taken.

2.4 Account Security

All amounts on the platform are displayed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks). The platform is not responsible for any differences arising from exchange rate fluctuations.

3.5 Transaction Verification

The platform reserves the right to carry out financial checks if unusually large transaction amounts or suspicious activity are detected. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended during such checks.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at 9wgame, you will receive a welcome bonus of 150% (up to 500,000 Ks). For example —

  • Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering requirement: 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks
  • Deposit 680,000 Ks → Bonus 500,000 Ks → Balance 1,180,000 Ks → Wagering requirement: 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must first wager an amount equal to 25 times the bonus. If the wagering requirement terms are violated, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.

4.3 Bonus Eligibility Restrictions

  • The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player / per account / per phone number.
  • If any bonus-related terms change, the platform will notify players in advance before the changes take effect.
  • The platform makes no guarantee that bonuses will always be offered again.

4.4 Legal Handling of Bonuses

If we find that anyone has attempted to sell bonuses, or has converted bonus funds by any means, the platform reserves the right to make a decision and take immediate action.

5 Gaming Rules

5.1 Player Responsibilities

Each player is solely responsible for their own gaming decisions, money management, and any lessons learned from playing. The platform does not take responsibility for any losses players incur.

5.2 Gaming Ethics

In the Live Casino, Slots, football, Crash games, and Esports sections, all players must follow the ethical guidelines below:

  • Do not disturb other players or behave rudely
  • Hacking the game system or deliberately exploiting bugs is prohibited
  • Placing fraudulent bet amounts on the platform is prohibited

5.3 Technical Failures

If a game is cancelled due to a connection drop, server crash, or software error, the platform will decide the policy on refunding or returning the bet amount for that game, and the platform's decision is final.

5.4 VIP Levels

The platform has 4 VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. As your wagering volume increases, you move up a level and receive higher Weekly Cashback rates:

  • Bronze: up to 0.4% Weekly Cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.8% Weekly Cashback
  • Gold: up to 1.1% Weekly Cashback
  • Platinum: up to 1.5% Weekly Cashback

Cashback is paid in bonus form and is subject to a wagering requirement.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

6.1 Fraud and Financial Misconduct

  • Carrying out money laundering by any means
  • Any method intentionally used to fraudulently obtain bonuses
  • Accessing the platform's technical systems to gain advance knowledge of game outcomes

6.2 Unauthorized Account Access

  • Logging in and playing using an account that is not your own
  • A third party playing on behalf of a player at that player's direction
  • Opening a second or third account

6.3 Collusion Between Players

Two or more players colluding to obtain bonuses or to circumvent wagering requirements is prohibited.

6.4 Software Tools

Using any software, bot, or script designed to hijack, bypass, or predetermine game outcomes is prohibited.

If any violation of this section is found, the platform reserves the right to suspend the account without prior notice and forfeit all funds. The right to pursue legal action is also reserved.

9 Account Suspension

Server outages, losses caused by computer viruses, and interrupted connection drops — these are matters outside the platform's control, and the platform accepts no liability for any losses resulting from them.

10.3 Third-Party Software

If a software error occurs in a game provided on the platform due to a game provider's operations, the terms and decisions of that game provider will be the sole reference, and these are matters in which the platform cannot make a final ruling.

11 Changes to Terms

11.1 Right to Amend

9wgame reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and any such changes will be published on the website.

11.2 Continued Use After Changes
